Corporate Law

Offers a comprehensive range of legal services to corporate clients, including company incorporation and the drafting and vetting of key commercial documents. His expertise spans company policies, employment, franchise, service, shareholder and joint venture matters, as well as collaboration, technology transfer, assignment, asset and business transfers, leases, distributorships, and labour and employment-related agreements. He has successfully represented and advised a wide range of corporate clients across industries, providing strategic counsel on compliance and governance under the Companies Act, 1956 and 2013.

Arbitration & Dispute Resolution

Extensive experience in representing clients in both institutional and ad-hoc domestic arbitration matters. Services include developing arbitration strategy, initiating proceedings, and handling the enforcement and challenge of arbitral awards. Successfully represented clients through all stages of arbitration, from invocation to court proceedings related to award enforcement and challenges.

Insolvency & Bankruptcy

Representing financial creditors, operational creditors, and corporate debtors before the NCLT and NCLAT in insolvency and liquidation proceedings. Actively involved in resolution processes, including advising on distressed asset acquisitions and drafting resolution plans. Representing Insolvency Professionals in ongoing corporate insolvency and liquidation cases before the NCLT, Jaipur and the Appellate Tribunal, New Delhi. Additionally, support clients in identifying business growth and expansion opportunities by providing insights into ongoing insolvency proceedings of other companies

Commercial Law

Effectively advises and safeguards client interests in diverse commercial transactions. Key focus areas include non-litigation matters, due diligence, and drafting contracts under the Indian Contracts Act, Transfer of Property Act, and Sale of Goods Act, along with pre-mediation litigation and statutory arbitration under the Commercial Courts Act and MSME Act.

Real Estate

Regularly appears before the Real Estate Regulatory Authority (RERA) Tribunal, representing groups of homeowners and stakeholders in real estate disputes. Advises on compliance, due diligence, and property transactions.

Civil and Criminal Litigation

Regularly appears before various courts in Jaipur, including civil, criminal, family, and property-related matters. Offers end-to-end litigation support

Statutory Arbitration under MSME Act
